To review your options, we need a copy of the most recent MRI scan report. If a report is not available, you can send the films. The low quality of some computer images does not allow us to make recommendations from downloaded images or CD ROM copies of MRI scans.

If you want us to return materials sent by mail, be sure to include a self addressed, stamped envelope. Items received without stamped envelopes will not be returned. We can only help with spine and pain related problems. Telephone advice is no substitute for a visit to the doctor. Calls are for information only.
