FROM 880:

  • Take the Stevenson Blvd. Exit.
  • Proceed eastbound on Stevenson Blvd. for approximately two miles.
  • Turn left onto Paseo Padre Pkwy.
  • Take the second driveway on the right.
  • The center is next in a 1 story building next to the US Bank building.

FROM 680:

  • Take the Mission Blvd. 238/Hayward exit.
  • Proceed north on Mission Blvd. approximately three miles.
  • Turn left (west) on Stevenson Boulevard and proceed on Stevenson about one mile.
  • Turn right onto Paseo Padre Parkway.
  • Take the second driveway on the right.
  • The center is next in a 1 story building next to the US Bank building.

FROM THE PENINSULA:

  • Take 101 to 84 Dumbarton Bridge east to 880 south.
  • Take the Stevenson Blvd. exit.
  • Proceed eastbound on Stevenson Boulevard. for approximately two miles.
  • Turn left onto Paseo Padre Pkwy.
  • Take the second driveway on the right.
  • The center is next in a 1 story building next to the US Bank building.

History of Fremont Surgery Center

Since 1986 Fremont Surgery Center has been delivering the finest medical care to athletes and others who require surgical expertise in an outpatient setting. Fremont Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgery center, which means we are an independent facility where surgeries that do not require hospital admission are performed.
