History of Fremont Surgery Center
Since 1986 Fremont Surgery Center has been delivering the finest medical care
to athletes and others who require surgical expertise in an outpatient setting.
Over the years we have earned a reputation for providing optimum care for a
variety of surgical procedures that do not require hospitalization. In fact,
physicians have successfully performed more than 50,000 surgical procedures
at Fremont Surgery Center.
We are a private facility that offers fully equipped operating rooms, up to
23-hour coverage, plus the quality, personal and professional care you expect
from a health care provider. Our convenient location, short admitting and
discharge procedures, and low cost provide a smart alternative to surgical care
at a hospital.
Fremont Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgery center, which means we are an
independent facility where surgeries that do not require hospital admission are
performed. The advantages of an ambulatory surgery center include size, service,
quality and cost. Ambulatory surgery centers are smaller and more
service-oriented than traditional hospitals and offer a high-quality,
cost-effective option for many patients needing to undergo a surgical procedure
normally associated with hospitals. At Fremont Surgery Center we are noted for
excellence in
Sports
Medicine and
other
services, including Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Hernia
Repair, Treatment of On-the-Job Injuries, Orthopaedic Surgery, Pain Management,
Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Neurosurgery, Spine Surgery, and Urology.
